Welcome to the Big Papa Smoke’m Family, Formerly a NYC and NJ chef for over ten years, I have always loved cooking and using food to bring people together. While working as a chef, I purchased my first smoker it was used and I spent months perfecting shoulders and ribs recipes. Eventually took the leap, selling pork sandwiches with tangy slaw and thus birthed Big Papa Smoke’m gourmet smoked meats.

Here at Big Papa, we pride ourselves in serving delicious and unique Caribbean fusion barbecue food throughout the tri-state area. We can be found at pop-ups at local breweries and at street fairs. We have one goal, to bring our passion of food to you and your family with a mouthwatering meal.
